Mono-Water Cyber Lords focus on taking control of the field while stalling the opponents creatures, so that in the end the player manages to outnumber the opponent's creatures.

Water has little to offer in the removal department comparing to other civilizations. But what it makes up for removal it supplies the player with unconditional draw and unblockable creatures.

Key Cards

Key Cards: Reason:
Aqua Seneschal The backbone of the deck. This card proves its immense worth in Kaijudo in almost every build its in. Attack to
Emperor Neuron Unblockable that has a net gain while attacking.
Emperor Axon This guy provides power for a relatively cheap cost. Beware that most level based removal in the game affects him.
Finbarr, Council of Logos Supports all your cyber lords with power, making them immune to destruction cards like Barrage .

Hokira, Council of Logos Focus Variant

This variant focus on swarming with a lot of Cyber Lords and taking advantage of Hokira, Council of Logos's effect. For that purpose you'll require more Cyber Lord which makes this deck fully focused on Cyber Lords.

Weaknesses

As Hokira, Council of Logos's body is only 3000 and you can only have 3 of him, you'll need to employ other tactics for this build to be viable. Depending too much on him will make you lose games. You need to find balance between this tactic and the number of cyber lords used. Most of the Cyber Lords are weak when they are not powered by Finbarr, Council of Logos.

In that sense they can get hit by cards like Barrage or Blastforge Captain. Using a mono deck can also backfire. You usually won't manage to recover if the opponent keeps discarding and removing your creatures steadily. Tornado Flame is also a very bad card to fight against when using this build since Emperor Neuron gets destroyed by it.

Recommended Cards

Recommended Cards: Reason:
Cyber Trader Cheap bait and attacker.
Logos Scan / Spy Mission Unconditional Draw. Use waters power at its maximum.
Hydro Spy A nice surplus and works for Hokira's effect too!
Neuron's Oracle Predict ahead of both your and your opponents turn. If this comes early you'll be able to predict if its safe to drop your Hokira or if you should keep him in hand a while longer.
Hovercraft Glu-urrgle Save your creatures from dying in battle. If one of your Evolution Creature is killed in battle, get it safely back to your hand , and in case its Emperor Neuron you'll probably be able to play it again and go for another shield!
Ice Blade / Veil Vortex Removal.
Cyber Sprite A small blocker, but a good bait for both Emperor Neuron and Emperor Axon.
Milporo, Council of Logos Although it is an expensive Cyber Lord its Enter the Battle Zone effect pays off and it also works with Hokira, Council of Logos.

Beatdown Variant

This variant unlike the previous, focus more on summoning specific Cyber Lords and push for the win quickly with cards like Aqua Seneschal and Emperor Neuron. As this build doesn't require a huge number of Cyber Lords on the field it can employ different sort of alternative strategies like for instance King Neptas.

Weaknesses

Most of the Cyber Lords are weak when they are not powered by Finbarr, Council of Logos. In that sense they can get hit by cards like Barrage or Blastforge Captain. Using a mono deck can also backfire. You usually won't manage to recover if the opponent keeps discarding and removing your creatures steadily.
