A veteran player, Pendergrass has been playing since Kaijudo was released. After a relatively uneventful season in the first round of Kaijudo Master Challenges, Pendergrass joined Team Peach. He was then able to successfully bounce back in the second season, making it to the top four of two KMCs and securing his invite for the 2013 Winter Championship. This Championship proved to be a high point for him. After a round one loss, he won his next five matches to make the top eight. He lost in the quarterfinals to Bobby Brake, the tournament's eventual champion.
